City Reviewing Draft Request for Proposals for Design-Build Services for WRF Onsite Improvements Project

The City is currently reviewing the Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) Package for Design-Build Services for the WRF Onsite Improvements Project. The RFP Package will be revised per City input prior to release. The RFP is the second step of a two-step procurement process for the design-build project. City Staff anticipates requesting final review and approval for release at the January 23, 2018 City Council meeting. After the City Council has made its final review and schedules the release of the RFP package, it will be provided to the short listed teams determined during the SOQ process. The Draft RFP Package was presented at the January 4, 2018 WRF Citizens Advisory Committee meeting.
