Request for Proposals for Design-Build Services of WRF Onsite Improvements

At the January 23, 2018 City Council Meeting, the Morro Bay City Council approved release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for Design-Build Services of the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Onsite Improvements to three teams. Only proposals from the short-listed teams will be accepted. The RFP, which was released on January 24th, includes changes resulting from input provided by the WRF Citizens Advisory Committee at two meetings (1/4/18 and 1/11/18), and input from City Council during the January 17th Study Session and the January 23rd regular meeting. The three teams were selected after meeting requirements in the City’s Request for Qualifications and include: AECOM/WM Lyles Co, Joint Venture; Filanc Black & Veatch, Joint Venture; and Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. with Tetra Tech, Inc. Proposals are due on April 24, 2018.
