Request for Qualifications for Design-Build Services for WRF Onsite Improvements

The City is requesting sealed statements of qualifications (SOQs) for design-build services for the City of Morro Bay Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Project onsite improvements.  Sealed SOQs are due at the City of Morro Bay Public Works Department by 2:00 PM on December 7, 2017.

A mandatory pre-SOQ meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on November 7, 2017 at the Veteran’s Memorial Building (209 Surf Street, Morro Bay).

The City has received four Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Design-Build Services for the WRF Onsite Improvements Project.  The City is in the process of evaluating the SOQs and staff expects to make a recommendation to City Council for the short list in January.  Shortlisted teams will be eligible to respond to the upcoming Request for Proposals for Design-Build Services for the WRF Onsite Improvements Project.  The four teams that provided SOQs were: AECOM/WM Lyles Co, Joint Venture; Filanc Black & Veatch, Joint Venture; Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. & Tetra Tech, Inc.; and Sundt/Parsons, Joint Venture.
